September 2020 - Present

  • Stepped in to lead the small to midlevel donor fundraising strategy during a time of intense need for the Food Bank.

  • Raised 260% above budget during first two quarters

  • Improved content strategy and experimentation to produce the highest open, clickthrough, and donation rates of the year

  • Instituted project management and scheduling tools to increase transparency across the team, migrating the department Editorial Calendar from spreadsheets to Asana

  • Developed a messaging strategy, voice, assets around a new Executive Director
